Hotline Research
An enormous challenge lies ahead for **Hotlines. We want to collect data about individual hotlines and the hotline industry from all sources. The best sources for the information we need are people who have volunteered for, worked for and used hotlines, helplines, and chat lines. Those people have the information we need to work toward fulfilling our mission.

Based on our gathered information, our thesis is that the hotline industry requires an overhaul. We realize that is a bold statement. But the facts speak for themselves. Rather than creating a bias by sharing specific concerns, we request that you share your experiences with hotlines. Your feedback will be a vital part of our research. We invite everyone with experience with a nonprofit or governmental hotline, helplines, or chat line to participate.
We also invite anyone interested in our mission and who would like to take an active role in our project to join our team. We have openings on our board of directors and in our research department.

Because we hope to collect as much data as possible, we will rely significantly on multiple-choice and dropdown menu questions. Sorting answers to these types of questions make generating meaningful statistics easier. We also hope you will consider providing detailed answers to our essay style questions. If you have suggestions for improvements that we should make to our questionnaires, please share them with us.
