Your name, email, and phone number will be saved in a secure folder to which no one has access other than **Hotlines Senior Research Team. We will not sell, share, reveal, or provide your personal information to anyone. If you would like to skip any of the questions but are willing to answer others, please feel free to do so.

Further, you can withdraw your submission at anytime you want, post submission, by sending an email to admin@what.ngo. We will respond to your request to let you know that your submission has been deleted, and it will not be used for any purpose in the future.
