The nonprofit agency, StarStar, exists due to the socially responsible philanthropy of our for-profit partners, StarStar Mobile (SSM). The SSM **platform was built approximately 15 years ago. The SSM platform cost was significant; the platform includes at least five patents.

As a result of the tremendous efforts that were put into building the SSM platform, calls made to **Phone Numbers are always seamlessly routed to our clients when people in need of nonprofit services call a **Phone Number.
One cannot overstate the generosity of SSM, and by extension the generosity of Verizon Wireless, AT&T, T-Mobile, for making an unlimited supply of **Phone Numbers available to qualified nonprofits. Once adopted, **Phone Numbers have the potential to substantially improve the nonprofits industries' capacity to better serve people in need.
The investment by these for-profit corporations into the infrastructure of nonprofit communications demonstrates the best of what a democratic society is capable of doing, when we work together to solve problems.
